Code of Conduct
Here you can download a Code of Conduct. The text includes a letter to your supplier, an introduction, a chapter on process requirements, a chapter on CSR principles and a chapter on implementation.
The Code of Conduct describes the CSR principles that the supplier’s processes are expected to handle as well as the demands to the supplier’s processes.
Supplier self-assessment questionnaire
The supplier can use the supplier self-assessment questionnaire to report if they fulfil the demands set out in your Code of Conduct. The self-assessment questionnaire covers the same CSR principles as are described in the Code of Conduct.
Checklist for on-site supplier visit
The checklist for on-site supplier visits can be used when you want to assess if your supplier lives up to the demands in your Code of Conduct. The checklist covers the same CSR principles as are described in the Code of Conduct.
Example of a letter on a coming supplier visit
Before visiting a supplier it can be a good idea to inform the supplier of the visit and your wishes for the visit. Here you can download an example of a letter informing your supplier about your reason for the visit. You will obtain the best results if you discuss and align your expectations to the visit together with the supplier, and give the supplier time to prepare for the visit.
Suggestion for an action plan
You can use action plans as a tool to continuously improve your work with CSR. Here you can download a suggestion to an action plan. It can be a good idea to involve your suppliers when drafting the action plan. This way the suppliers are part of the process from the beginning.
